patiently for the Lord;
And He inclined to me and cheard my cry.
 2He brought me up out of the dpit of destruction, out of the ▼
▼ Lit mud of the mire
miry clay,
And fHe set my feet upon a rock gmaking my footsteps firm.
 3He put a hnew song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God;
Many will isee and fear
And will trust in the Lord.
